Either wet or dry (add yogurt or oil to use as a wet rub), simply rub over your lamb leg/shoulder marinade overnight. Roast on your rotisserie BBQ or in the oven until the internal temp reaches 145F/62C. Serve with pitta bread and a fresh salad.

Combine with yoghurt to make a spicy dip. alternatively mix with Roasted Peppers or tomatoes to create a wet rub for Lamb.
