You will Need
Step 1) Cover the ribs with a layer of yellow mustard to act as a binder.
Step 2) Sprinkle the Ruddy Good Ranch over the ribs & pat it into the ribs firmly.
Step 3) Pat the Ruddy Good Ranch Rub into the ribs.
Step 4) Place into the oven or BBQ at 120°C/248°F for 3 hours to form a bark.
Step 5) Place into the oven or BBQ at 120°C/248°F for 3 hours & spray every 45mins with water/apple cider vinegar or dill pickle juice (for extra tang).
Step 6) After 3hrs wrap in foil & place back into the oven/BBQ for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 90°C/194°F
Step 7) Remove from the oven & rest for 30 mins.
