This recipe is a firm favourite with the Smoked Club team. It is also an impressive party piece.

There are no real measurements for this recipe, it is more of an eyeball situation.
What you will need
Set your pellet grill/BBQ to: (266°F/150°C),
Use 50/50 method if you use charcoal
Step 1) Trim the bottom of the chicken leg and remove the nerve
Step 2) Cut the top of the leg so it can stand upright
Step 3) Apply Smokey Bandit on each side of the leg
Step 4) Cook in the BBQ until internal temp is 68C
Prepare the glaze
Step 5) Mix some BBQ sauce (2/3) with apple juice (1/3) and add a shake or two of Smokey Bandit
Step 6) Dip the chicken lollipops into the glaze
Step 7) Cook until internal temp reaches 74C
Step 8) Enjoy
