How do you get the most out of your Ruddy Good Ranch? It's simple to think that a rub is only for pork ribs, no no no..... quite the opposite and by adding one simple ingredient you can make the rub into a wonderful dressing for fish.
Excuse the overload of Ranch Dressing in the pic below, I love this with my fish & managed to go a tad overboard - tasted great though.
You will need:
- 4 teaspoons natural plain yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of Ruddy Good Ranch
Recipe:
Step 1: Take 4 teaspoons of natural yoghurt
Step 2: Mix with one teaspoon of Ruddy Good Ranch mix
Step 3: Mix well & refrigerate for one hour & Enjoy!
