Step 1) Mix 2 tablespoons of our Harissa La'mmmmm'b with 2 good glugs of pomegranate molasses and mix together to form a marinade.
Step 2) Marinate the Lamb chops for an hour before placing them over direct heat (around 200c) occasionally moving them to indirect heat whenever the flame gets too high.
Served with a light Almond & Pistachio couscous, chop a handful of Pistachio & Almonds, toast, and mix through cooked couscous, add in chopped Spring onions, Tomatoes, squeeze of Lemon & Cucumber. Mix together & Serve.
