Lebaneasy Lamb & Pomegranate Molasses is simple & tasty for these hot summer days.
You will Need:
Step 1) Mix the ingredients together in a bowl
Step 2) Slice the Halloumi into roughly 1/2cm thick slices & place over the direct heat of the BBQ.
Step3) Brush with the Lebaneasy Lamb & Pomegranate mix, turn after a minute or so & repeat on the other side of the Halloumi.
Once the halloumi has started to turn brown and soften, it's ready to eat. We served it with a simple Orzo pasta & salad mix, drizzled with some of the leftover glaze to make a simple salad dressing.
