When you just want a kebab with some oomph! This recipe is super easy to make.
You will need:
Step 1) Mix the yoghurt and the Lebaneasy Lamb Rub and mix well.
Step 2) Cut the Lamb into roughly 1inch cubes and place into the yoghurt & rub mix. Leave for 1 hour or overnight.
Step 3) De-seed the pepper and cut into 2inch pieces, cut the onions into roughly the same size.
Step 4) Once the meat has marinated, thread alternate pieces of pepper, lamb and onion onto the skewers.
Step 5) We will be cooking this recipe over direct heat, so make sure your BBQ or grill is good and hot before placing your skewers over the heat. If like us, your skewers don't fit across the full grill... improvise!
Step 6) Serve within a wrap with fresh salad and your favourite dressing. For a fresh taste, we dress the Kebab with our Ruddy Good Ranch rub.
Step 7) Mix 1 Tablespoon of Ruddy Good Ranch Rub with 4-5 Tablespoons of natural yoghurt and set aside for one hour or overnight to let the flavours develop. Make sure the dry and wet ingredients are mixed well together.
Step 8) Drizzle over your kebab and enjoy!
