Duck Legs Beer Can-Chick Can & Creamy Mushrooms is a new way to enjoy our Beer Can Chick-Can rub.
You will need:
Step 1) Set up your BBQ at 180C with a hot zone and cool zone (50/50)
Step 2) Heat up your cast Iron pan
Step 3) Coat the Duck legs with a liberal coating of Beer Can Chick-Can
Step 4) Sear the Duck Legs in the pan & cook over indirect heat until internal temp is 55C (safe recommended temperature is 74C) Turning regularly. Once cooked, set aside to rest.
Step 5) In the same pan add a knob of butter, the sliced mushrooms to fry and sprinkle some additional Beer Can Chick-Can Rub, cream & capers. Stir until the sauce thickens & serve.
