Beer Can Chick-Can

Delicious and clucking great!
 
 
 
You will need:
 
Beer Can Chick-Can Rub
Whole chicken
1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
1 330ml can of beer
Pre-Heat Oven, grill or BBQ (Indirect heat) to 180°C/356°F
 
Recipe:
 
Step 1) Cover the chicken with oil
 
Step 2) Sprinkle the Beer Can Chick-Can Rub over the chicken and pat into the surface of the chicken.
 
 
Step 3) Pour the beer into the centre of the roaster, alternatively open the beer & sit the chicken on top of the can of beer.
 
 
Step 4) Place into the oven, BBQ or Grill until the internal temperature reaches 75°C/165°F
 
Step 5) Let the chicken rest for at least 20 mins before carving
   
  
Step 6) Enjoy!
 
TOP TIP: Use the juices from the pan & add it to the remaining beer from the can/roaster, add a teaspoon of cornflour to make a wonderful gravy
