When the chips are down and the world is locking down what do you do? Cook of course! Our story is a simple one, it started when the UK went into the first lockdown, my husband entered a competition to win a Pitboss Smoker and won. What a lifechanging win that turned out to be.
 
My husband had only just started out on his outdoor cooking journey and had just placed an order for a WSM (Weber Smokey Mountain) when he entered a competition to win a pellet grill. Which as you now know, he won. After trying out every sweet American rub around we moved to the savoury rubs, however, these turned out to be overly salty.
 
So I set out to make rubs & seasonings which would give new flavours with natural sugars and less salt... and voila.... Smoked Club was born!
 

 
Can you only use them on the BBQ?
 
Absolutely not! Why limit great tasting food to the Summer months? Each recipe has been taste tested to work in the oven and on the BBQ, some have been tested in the Sous Vide too.
 
 
 
Taking a product from inception through to production wasn't all plain sailing.
  
We roped our friends in, family and quite frankly anyone who wanted to help and we were overwhelmed by the massive amounts of support we had. Though getting to a product which is produced on a large scale, getting it to look great & with a fun twist took time.
 
It has been 8 months of product development and refinement, trial and error to get to this point. Now we have a product which hits our mission of introducing new cooking flavours while tweaking a few favourites so they contain less salt and sugar.
 
Over the coming months we will share our recipes on this blog, so you too can get great tasting food which will hopefully change the way you cook for the better.
